**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
**Facility Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain and update employee records, contact lists, and other relevant databases.
- Assist in the creation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.**Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for executives or teams.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
- Assist in the on boarding process for new employees.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Facilitate communication and information flow within the office.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of human resources and financial processes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
