**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to achieve common goals.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business growth and market presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of partners and clients.
- Offer valuable insights, guidance, and leadership in partnership management, sales initiatives, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to achieve business objectives and drive business development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols in all ServiceNow-related projects.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, leveraging them to improve the practice.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in implementation, customization, and administration.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Extensive experience in Customer Service Management and App Engine.
- Knowledge and experience in Financials Service Management, Healthcare, and Life Sciences are a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (Administration, Implementation, or other relevant certifications) are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Experience in consulting or a professional services environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong experience in solutioning and developing GTM strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, proposals, and strategies.
