- Knowledge of Remediation Workflow in VR
- Expertize on Qualis, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow VR and SCCM

JIRA Development
Agile,SaFe, DevOps or ITIL

Preferred experience on ITSM,ITOM (CMDB)
ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification (preferred)
