**Job Summary:

This is a **hybrid role** involving both **on-field sales (50%)** and **in-house sales activities (50%)** such as cold calling, lead follow-ups, and product demos.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads in the têxtile and related industries
- Conduct on-site client visits to understand requirements and pitch suitable software solutions
- Prepare and deliver customized ERP/SAP software presentations and demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure
- Maintain a CRM database for lead tracking and sales reporting
- Collaborate with the technical team to align software capabilities with client needs
- Stay updated on software trends, ERP/SAP modules, and têxtile sector pain points

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2+ years** of experience in **IT/software sales**, preferably ERP/SAP solutions
- Proven experience in **client acquisition, B2B sales**, and **field marketing**:

- Strong understanding of **ERP and SAP software functionality**:

- Familiarity with the **têxtile industry**, especially manufacturing and wholesale operations
- Excellent **communication, presentation**, and **negotiation** skills
- Willingness to travel locally (approx. 50% of time) for client visits
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Graduate in **IT, Business, or related field** (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
