Cybermatricks Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, client engagement, and market development within the IT and cybersecurity training industry.

We're looking for someone who is confident in communication, organized in follow-ups, and enthusiastic about both calling and fieldwork.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Contact potential clients via phone to explain company services.
- Consistently follow up with leads to drive conversions.
- Conduct on-site visits for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
- Maintain lead and client data through CRM tools.
- Establish long-term client relationships with timely updates and support.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Assist in gathering data from online sources to support lead generation.
- **Eligibility Criteria**:_
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, tele calling, or marketing.
- Graduate in any field (preference for Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT).
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel locally/Metropolitan Cities for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude with a learning mindset and target-driven approach.
