**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Upload and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), ensuring accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
- **Order Management**: Monitor, process, and manage customer orders from receipt to dispatch. Ensure timely delivery and address customer concerns regarding shipping or order status.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment. Ensure that product listings reflect correct availability.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer queries related to products, orders, returns, and shipping in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
- **E-commerce Platform Optimization**: Assist in improving product visibility and sales through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques, optimizing product listings, and researching keywords.
- **Data Analysis**: Regularly review and analyze performance data (sales, traffic, customer feedback) to recommend strategies for improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to help enhance product offerings and sales tactics.
- **Promotions & Campaigns**: Assist in managing online promotional activities, discounts, and special campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, product listings, and customer feedback to the management team.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Commerce, Marketing, or related fields).
