**Your Tasks**:
- As part of the evergreen model, daily checking of the Microsoft Message Center and derivation of appropriate measures needs to be done. This is the most important task to ensure business continuity and operational security.
- Administration of M365 Teams configuration (Operator Connect, dial plans, call queues, voice routing policies, auto attendance, interactive voice response) and AudioCodes gateways.
- Add, change and remove users in the system via Teams Admin Center (TAC).
- Installation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of all AudioCodes networking products in advanced scenarios. Management of gateways via OVOC (One Voice Operations Center) server.
- Monitoring of service quality and service availability (KPI / monitoring) including service reporting. For Teams Voice quality this will be done with the tool “Vantage DX SaaS” from Martello.
- Documentation of the system landscape including interfaces in Confluence including necessary updates.
- 2nd Level service support: analyze and solve issues and service requests via the ticket tool. In addition to coordinating major incidents and problems (first escalation level).
**Your Skills**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience in managing the M365 services
- Experience with VoIP and SIP protocol
- Experience with Teams Voice, Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
- ACP (AudioCodes Certified Professional) desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune desirable,
- ITIL certification is good to have.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its language functions / Microsoft certification:
- MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
- MS-700 (Certified Teams Administrator)
- MS-720 (Voice Engineering Expert for Teams)
- Working experience with international teams / Good communication skills
**Salary**: ₹1,100,913.91 - ₹1,591,162.61 per year
