Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into high-level technical strategies for Teams Voice migration. Manage stakeholders, facilitate requirements gathering, and communicate complex concepts in simple terms. Build migration roadmaps, playbooks, and high-level architecture diagrams for enterprise deployments. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. Advise on identity and access management (Azure AD, Entra, Hybrid Identity), security, and compliance (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Conditional Access). Guide clients on M365 licensing models relevant to Teams Voice. Define and implement migration methodologies (assess, plan, cutover, staged, hybrid, coexistence). Utilize third-party migration tools (Quest, Bit Titan, SkyKick, etc.) and assessment/data gathering tools. Address coexistence challenges (sync, free/busy, Teams coexistence, mail flow). Develop and execute identity strategies (cloud-only, hybrid, ADFS/Federation). Ensure security and compliance frameworks are in place for Teams Voice deployments. Lead large-scale migration projects for enterprise clients, transforming their M365 and Teams environments. Manage project financials, including P&L, costing, estimates, and budgeting. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in a consultant role or equivalent. Administer Microsoft Teams (policies, voice settings, licensing). Understand Teams Phone System architecture. Provision users (assign voice licenses, phone numbers). Configure call queues, auto attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, call forwarding, and delegation. Implement PSTN connectivity: Microsoft Calling Plans, Direct Routing (SBC), Operator Connect. Design large-scale voice solutions and deploy/manage Session Border Controllers (SBC). Troubleshoot SIP protocol and hybrid voice scenarios (Skype for Business migrations, on-prem telephony integration). Plan and monitor network for voice/video traffic (QoS). Integrate Teams with contact centers and third-party voice apps. Ensure security and compliance for voice (call recording, encryption, regulatory compliance). Use PowerShell for bulk provisioning and advanced policy configuration. Integrate Teams-certified devices (desk phones, conference systems). Microsoft Teams (collaboration + calling), Teams Phone System (cloud PBX), Microsoft 365 E5/Teams Phone licenses. PSTN connectivity via Microsoft Calling Plan, Operator Connect, Direct Routing (enterprise SBC). Infrastructure: SBC vendors (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Cisco, Oracle), network optimization (ExpressRoute, QoS, SD-WAN). Monitoring: Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard, Teams Admin Center, PowerBI, third-party tools (IR Prognosis, Martello). Contact Centers: Anywhere365, NICE, Genesys. Devices: Teams-certified desk phones (Poly, Yealink, Crestron). Security: Encryption, compliance call recording, conditional access for voice endpoints. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Microsoft Certifications (preferred): MS-102 (Enterprise Administrator Expert), SC-300 (Identity & Access), SC-400 (Information Protection), MS-700 (Teams), MS-203 (Messaging), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500.
