**Position Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven **Sales Executive** to promote and sell **Greendot’s consulting services** in Surat and the nearby region.
This role demands a proactive individual passionate about understanding client needs, presenting value-driven proposals, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects across industries.
- **Client Meetings**:

- Visit prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and present Greendot’s consulting services as solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations customized to client needs.
- **Proposal Preparation**:

- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare tailored proposals.
- Draft and submit high-quality proposals to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and scope of work with clients.
- Finalize deals and ensure order booking as per targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide after-sales support in coordination with project teams.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain regular reporting on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures through CRM tools or designated systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, industrial solutions, or technical services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client problems and propose relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willing to travel extensively within Surat and nearby regions.
