
Export Documentation Executive

Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export licenses.
- Ensure all documents comply with international trade regulations and standards.
- Verify and maintain compliance with U.S. and international export regulations, including customs requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Legal to gather necessary information and ensure timely document preparation.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external partners to facilitate the smooth export of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize reports related to export activities as required.
- Address and resolve any issues related to export documentation, including discrepancies or delays.
- Work with relevant parties to resolve customs and export-related issues promptly.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding export documentation requirements and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries related to documentation and assist in resolving any issues.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
