**Telecom Regulatory Compliance Specialist**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable **Telecom Regulatory Compliance Specialist** to ensure MyOperator's operations, products, and services fully comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, regulations, and industry standards in India and other relevant jurisdictions. This role is crucial for mitigating regulatory risks and maintaining our license to operate.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor, interpret, and analyze new and existing telecommunications laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies issued by regulatory bodies such as TRAI, DoT, and other relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits of MyOperator's operations, products, services, and internal processes to identify potential compliance gaps and risks.
- Develop, update, and implement internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections, facilitating effective communication and providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance) to integrate compliance requirements into business processes, product development, and service delivery.
- Provide clear and practical regulatory advice and guidance to various departments.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on relevant telecom laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all regulatory documentation, correspondence, and compliance activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and enforcement actions that may impact regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Law, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field. A Master's degree or specialized certification in Compliance/Regulatory Affairs is a significant plus.
- **Work Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience in telecom regulatory compliance, legal affairs, or a related role within the telecommunications or a highly regulated technology industry.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Indian telecommunications laws, licenses, and regulations (e.g., TRAI regulations, DoT guidelines, Interconnection Use Charges, data privacy norms).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory texts, identify implications, and translate them into actionable business requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting policies, reports, and engaging effectively with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for managing regulatory documentation, filings, and compliance reports accurately.
