We are looking for a persuasive and motivated **Telecaller - Sales Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing patients, educating them about our services, and converting inquiries into appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential patients from provided databases or leads.
- Explain the services and treatments offered at Eye Mantra Hospital (LASIK, Cataract, Retina, etc.).
- Convert telephonic inquiries into OPD bookings and consultations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a record of all calls and responses in CRM.
- Handle incoming patient queries with professionalism and provide necessary details.
- Coordinate with the front desk and doctors to schedule appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and appointments fixed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high conversion rate.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/eye care is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Familiarity with telecalling scripts and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales or telecalling will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
