**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.

**On-Site Supervision**:
Supervise all on-site activities, including construction, installation, and maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from plans.

**Resource Management**:
Manage labor resources effectively, including hiring, training, and scheduling workers.

Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to the site.

Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

**Quality Control**:
Ensure that workmanship and materials meet quality standards and project specifications.

Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to identify defects or deficiencies.

Address any quality-related issues promptly and appropriately.

**Communication and Reporting**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Communicate any changes to project plans, schedules, or specifications as necessary.

**Problem Solving**:
Identify potential problems or obstacles and develop proactive solutions.

Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that may arise on-site.

Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- If Required Travel Outside West-Bengal.
