Job Title: Pre Sales Executive
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
**Client Engagement**:Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our BPO services.
**Requirement Analysis**:Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and expectations.
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs.
**Proposal Development**:Prepare and present compelling proposals, detailing the benefits and features of our BPO services.
Customize proposals to address specific client requirements and concerns.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the international BPO market.
Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on market research.
**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their evolving needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
**Negotiation and Closure**:Participate in negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.
Ensure all communication is documented and shared with relevant internal stakeholders.
**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement in our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Pre Sales role, preferably in the international BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,881.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month
