1. Planning, directing and coordinating software development projects from initiation through implementation.

2. Primary accountability for project delivery.

3. Responsible for project stakeholder management.

4. Interface with clients on functional issues to analyze and define business and functional requirements.

5. Requirement specification document.

6. Client requirement gathering session and document requirements to create business.

7. Act as a bridge between the clients and technology teams.

8. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

9. Managing competing resources and priorities.

10. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

11. Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resources are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle.

12. Determining project changes.

13. Providing Administrative support as needed.

14. Developing Project Strategies.

15. Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation are maintained appropriately for each project.

16. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

17. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

18.Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bhubaneswar, Khordha - 751002, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
