**Responsibilities**:
1. Meeting with community groups and organisations to highlight and promote awareness of Community Planning and help address any barriers to participation in the Community Planning process

2. Assisting community groups and organisations to identify development opportunities arising from the Community Plan

3. Engagement with Council to develop rural support actions within the Community Plan

4. Rural community groups supported to develop appropriate governance procedures or meet statutory requirements

5. Work with local communities to identify their health, social, economic, housing and environmental needs and priorities and develop and deliver agreed actions to address these needs

6. Increase the emphasis and opportunity for networking and partnership working within local communities and between community, voluntary and statutory organizations to ensure the design and delivery of initiatives and services which will meet their needs and will contribute to the improvement of their quality of life.

7 Rural villages and communities supported to develop plans which identify service deficits or infrastructure improvement opportunities and develop actions to address these;
8. Engage with Government Departments, local government and other agencies on policies which impact on rural areas and help develop understanding within the community of current policies and opportunities that are likely to have an effect locally and facilitate responses to consultation exercises that will represent the views of local groups and communities

9. Prepare and maintain reports and help collate information for quarterly monitoring reports to report progress against programme targets and milestones, provide a detailed description of activities as well as providing evidence of satisfactory delivery of contractual services

10. Attend meetings on behalf of the organisation as required

11. Participate in the provision of training and development programmes designed to further the aims and objectives of the project.

12. To undertake any other reasonable duties which may be required

**Requirememnt**:
Any Graduate/Post Graduate

0 - 1 year experience in field job

Good Communication skill

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
