We are currently seeking a talented and passionate DANCE / ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR to join our team at Brainstar Institute. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and inspiring children starting at the age of 4 through various dance forms and adults to develop fitness regimes. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their minds and foster their love for dance and physical fitness.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate dance lessons and choreography.
- Teach various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Motivate and inspire participants to express themselves creatively through dance.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate and organize dance performances and recitals.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as a Dance+Zumba Instructor, preferably in a similar educational or activity center setting.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in various Dance/Zumba styles and techniques.
- Ability to engage and connect with different age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching dance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
