**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Conduct Zumba and Dance Classes**:

- Plan and execute Zumba and dance routines that cater to participants' fitness levels.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety.
- Create a vibrant and motivating environment during classes.

2. Participant Engagement:

- Encourage active participation and create a sense of community among class members.
- Offer modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Provide feedback and support to help participants achieve their fitness goals.

**3. Music Selection and Choreography**:

- Choose appropriate music for Zumba and dance routines.
- Create and modify choreography to keep classes fresh and engaging.
- Ensure music and choreography align with the overall fitness objectives.

**4. Safety and Well-being**:

- Prioritize the safety and well-being of participants during classes.
- Monitor and correct form to prevent injuries.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in dance fitness.

**5. Class Administration**:

- Maintain accurate attendance records for each class.
- Communicate effectively with participants regarding schedule changes, upcoming events, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with fitness facility staff to ensure smooth class operations.

**6. Professional Development**:

- Stay current on Zumba and dance trends and certifications.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Zumba Instructor or equivalent dance fitness certification.
- Previous experience leading group fitness classes, with a focus on Zumba and dance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Supplemental pay types:
