**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Group Dance Classes**: Conduct engaging modern dance classes for both kids and adults in local apartment communities
- **Maintain Quality and Consistency**: Follow Flurn’s structured teaching methodology to ensure every class provides a quality learning experience
- **Utilize Flurn’s Technology**: Use the Flurn Teacher Partner App to manage class schedules, attendance, and other administrative tasks
- **Punctuality and Reliability**: Begin all classes on time, adhering to the set schedule.
- **Encourage Growth and Enjoyment**: Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment that supports each student’s growth and enjoyment in learning dance
- **Passion for Teaching**: You have a strong love for teaching dance and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience teaching western dance styles (e.g., Hip-Hop, Bollywood) to children and adults
- **Specialization**: Skilled in Hip-Hop and Bollywood with the ability to teach following a structured course outline provided by Flurn
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working with diverse groups of students and skilled at adjusting lessons to accommodate various skill levels
