Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Management Intern to join our team in Pune, India.The Management Intern is responsible for providing administrative and research support to the Management team. The intern will also be involved in developing and executing marketing and business development plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
- Develop and execute marketing and business development plans.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Current MBA student or MBA graduate from a reputable Indian university.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to commute to the Finz office in Pune.
