**Job Title: MBA Sales & Marketing Intern (Real Estate)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure consistency in messaging across various marketing channels.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Support the sales team in lead generation activities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- **Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of effective sales pitches.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

**Duration**:
This is a 3-month internship, with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
