We are seeking a motivated MBA intern to join our dynamic sales team as a Field Software Sales Intern. As a software company specializing in cutting-edge solutions, we need ambitious individuals who can drive sales and build strong client relationships in the field. **Responsibilities**:
**Software Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into prospective clients.
- Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on how our software can meet their specific business requirements.

**Field Sales Activities**:

- Travel to client locations, attend meetings, and conduct on-site visits to demonstrate the software's capabilities.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and update the CRM system accordingly.

**Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop and present periodic reports on sales performance and achievements to the management team.

**Training and Development**:

- Engage in continuous learning to understand the software's technical aspects and its competitive advantages.
- Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and industry knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

**Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with potential clients and deliver compelling sales pitches.

**Sales Acumen**: A passion for sales and the ability to demonstrate a customer-centric approach while meeting sales targets.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.

**Self-Motivated**: A proactive and self-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

**Technically Savvy**: Basic understanding of software and technology to effectively communicate the software's features and benefits.

This internship will provide valuable real-world experience in software sales, exposure to the latest industry trends, and the chance to contribute to the success of our growing organization. The intern will work closely with the sales team, gaining mentorship and support throughout the internship period.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
