We are seeking a motivated and ambitious MBA Finance Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in various aspects of finance, including financial analysis, investment research, corporate finance, and financial planning. As an MBA Finance Intern, you will work closely with our finance team and gain valuable insights into the operations of a dynamic organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analysis and research to support investment decisions, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and projections to assess business performance and evaluate growth opportunities.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to track financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
- Analyze financial statements, reports, and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support in the evaluation and due diligence of potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and memos for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and strategy, to support business initiatives and projects.
- Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments relevant to the organization's business.
- Utilize financial software and tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Take initiative to propose and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance function.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in Finance or related field.
- Strong academic background with coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative analysis.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Previous internship or work experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields is a plus.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
