Position Overview:
As an MBA Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in marketing strategy, market research, branding, and campaign management. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and tactics while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the marketing team and contribute to various marketing initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis. Analyze data and present actionable insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Contribute to the creation of marketing plans, including defining objectives, target markets, positioning, and messaging.

Brand Management: Support brand management activities, including brand positioning, brand guidelines, and visual identity. Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure materials are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with the brand's messaging.

Event Management: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and product launches. Assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring a seamless event experience.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure and track marketing campaign performance.

Generate reports and provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

Foster strong working relationships to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a specialization in marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Creativity and ability to think critically to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
