**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Channel Branding, Retail Excellence, Market Activation & Market Specific Programs
- Carrying out all types of Branding like Retail branding/ Wall painting/ Auto back / Hoarding etc.
- Participation in all Exhibitions, Festivals & Events.
- Create Marketing Calendar of events across Market Segments
- Responsible for Festival Creatives and Corporate Gifting
- Planning and formulating concepts for all events and branding with RM’s/ State heads/ Agencies etc.
- Create Database of Agencies for National/Local Markets
- Vendor negotiation and finalization. Processing of vendor invoices and maintaining MIS of all the processed bills
- Designing of stalls
- Monitoring on ground execution and tracking the effectiveness
- Responsible for Trade Sponsorships and Scheme Collaterals
- Building strong relationships with Stakeholders
- Handle Major Sports Events like proposal from Start sports, Book my Show, Insider etc
- Handle in film Integration
- Management of Ad factors
- Budgeting along with team

Key Result Areas:

- Ensure all BTL activities are implemented as planned
- Maintain MIS and keep a track of all BTL activities. Collection of Data & formulating desired reports.
- Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions. Regularly collecting feedbacks from agencies.
- Prepare and Present quarterly / annual reports to senior management

Evaluate and Optimize marketing pricing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Required: MBA Marketing
- Experience: 5-7 Years
- Functional
