Position: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property sales, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
