**Land Officer (Acquisition)**
- Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs
- Salary: Upto 50 to 60k PM
- Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
- Education Any Degree / Post Graduate Degree Civil with Auto CAD knowledge
- Identifying, sourcing and acquiring lands
- Identifying new development opportunities, land banks of Govt Depts. like IDCO/IPICOL across the area and evaluate the business feasibility in line with the business plan of Rashmi.
- Maintain good relationship with Brokers/ IPCs/ Consultants / Developers/ Land Owners on regular basis.
- Preparing Technical Financial Marketing Feasibility studies of the new opportunities / proposed projects and getting it approved from the senior management.
- Facilitate with landowners on title due diligence with aid of legal professionals.
- Manage & Maintain good relationship with landowners, agents & all related stake holders.
- Should be well acquainted with rules and regulations for land acquisition and have a good understanding of local bye laws.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
