**Overview**:
**As a Fabrication Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication process within our manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members.**
**- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.**
**- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.**
**- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning.**
**- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and logistics to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.**
**- Maintain project schedules and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.**
**- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to support production requirements.**
**- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma, (Civil or Mechanic) field preferred.**
**- Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory role.**
**- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.**
**- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.**

**Job Location**:
**Sanwer Road, Sector-B, Indore (MP)**

**Salary Range: 18000/- pm to 25000/- pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
