Studio AsA is searching diligently for a skilled **Junior Architect** to join our team In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing building's interiors and Architecture while keeping in mind the needs of the project.

**Responsibilities**
- Create detailed plans for the construction project.
- Present drawings and plans for approval.
- Perform feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Compile needed blueprints, specifications, and construction reports.
- Study the environmental impacts of the construction process and work to mitigate any environmental risks.
- Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
- Work closely with construction managers and workers to ensure the project is completed on time and according to the specified design.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, ideally with an internship or previous experience
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software
- Experience producing construction documents
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in architecture is preferred
- Bachelor of Architecture Mandate
- 3+ years of experience
- Certifications applicable to this position
