**Job Title**:Junior Architect

**Location**: Viman Nagar, Pune.

**Experience**:1 to 2 Years

**Education**:Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)

**Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Architectural Drafting: Prepare and modify architectural drawings, plans, and documents using AutoCAD software.

2. Site Visits & Surveys: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development.

3. Building Codes & Regulations: Research and analyse relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all designs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Construction Documentation & Coordination: Assist in the preparation of construction documents and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

5. Project Proposals & Presentations: Contribute to the creation of project proposals and design presentations.

6. AutoCAD Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD software to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings.

7. Residential Projects: Prior experience in residential architecture and design is preferred.

8. Travel Flexibility: Open to traveling to Panvel based on work requirements. Required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with residential project design and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
