We are hiring **Academic Coordinator/ Academic Lead **for an International School in **Shamshabad, Hyderabad.**
**- **To take full responsibility for leading and managing academic aspects of the school, under the overall direction of the Management. To Lead the academic department in scheduling the Examination, Academics Calendar, Guest Lectures, Student Training, Field Visits, etc
- To Motivate, train, evaluate, and regularly monitor, the teachers. To monitor & evaluate the quality of teaching & standards of learning
- To ensure that parents & pupils are well informed about the curriculum, attainment & progress toward their targets
- To ensure upgrades in pedagogical processes to implement best practices relevant for building 21st century skills.

**Requirements**:

- B.Ed with Master's in any Specialization
- 4+ years of experience as an Academic Lead, Vice Principal, or Principal for an International School
- Experience in the mentoring and supervision of senior educators
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
- Creative and passionate to deliver high quality services to children

**Salary**:Up to 60,000/
