Job description: 1. Job purpose: ➔ Implementing the academic program which meets the school’s vision. ➔ Guide the team to participate in an active teaching and learning program for students to meet the academic progress. ➔ Establish a strong and balanced curriculum for student’s achievement ➔ Focus on improving work capability and commitment of Principals, teachers and academic coordinators to create better learning conditions. 2. Academic coordinator’s roles/responsibilities: ❖ Participating in planning and executing the academic program to ensure meeting the academic standards set as per the organization’s vision ❖ Overall Academic activities and guiding leaning - Planning & executing the academic planner, Continuous monitoring of teaching and learning process, guiding teachers, students and parents (if needed) of the school. ❖ Organizing meet ups with respective branch teachers and franchise owners & teachers on weekly basis to maintain continuous communication in order to improve the quality of Teaching &Learning and to maintain a harmonious relation with team. ❖ Create suitable conditions for execution of the curriculum, champion best practices and secure excellent achievements for all pupils’. ❖ Shape the current and future quality of teachers through high quality of sustained Professional development qualifications for all the staff. ❖ Supporting the Academic lead in organizing the sessions on communication skills to the students and teachers group. ❖ Doing branch audits in terms of teachers’ performance and academic support on weekly basis or suggested by the management and submitting the audit report. ❖ Working and coordinating with the academic team on academic calendars, academic planners and newsletters. ❖ Preparing/monitoring lesson plans, worksheets, question papers and study materials. ❖ On time communication with all branches regarding activities mentioned in the planner, and providing circulars. ❖ Conducting basic training sessions to teachers on Communication Skills, Team Work, and Time Management. ❖ Appreciating teachers as well as student’s success to promote integrity. **Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Master's (required) **Experience**: - Academic Coordinator: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Telugu (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 8928326392
