We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for dynamic and motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank’s growth by promoting its products and services, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively promote and sell products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and solutions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retenti.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- Freshers: Must be graduates in any field.
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in sales is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
