As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Cocoma digital, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user
insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing beautiful
features that address our customer's needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design - along with
your technical knowledge - to develop great experiences. You'll work with the Designers, Managers
and our development team. Together you'll deliver UX Flows and Experience Maps, UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs and digital and tech products.
In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You'll translate their needs into user-friendly
designs. We are seeking someone who is ready to make a positive impact on the user experience of our products. You should be a stickler for
deadlines and great at multitasking, as we do more than balance multiple projects at once, we balance multiple companies at once

**Requirements**:
1. Must have portfolio with 8-10 UI/UX projects to showcase.
2. 8+ Years of experience in UI/UX Design
3. Expert UX/UI Design Certification is a must.
4. An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites
5. Should have experience in working for SaaS, Staffing/Recruiting, Marketing and Advertising industry websites/apps
6. Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
7. Should be able to work in result driven environment with data driven approach
8. Your time and work management skills are off the charts
9. Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
10. Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals
11. Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools
12. Experience designing apps based on Material Design and iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines
13. Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills
14. Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
15. Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
2.Creating UX flows, UX wireframes, UI for prototypes and mockups
3.Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
4.Designing UI element stacks such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
5.Creating original graphic design elements (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6.Identifying and troubleshooting UX and UI problems (e.g. responsiveness)
7.Collaborating effectively with the product, designers, and management teams
8.Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
