**Roles and Responsibilities**

1 - Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.

2 - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages when necessary.

3 - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.

4 - Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

5 - Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.

**Skills Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 Years of Experience in Front Desk, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
- Administrative Skills and Organizational Abilities Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
