_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_

The NOC (Network Operations Center) Executive is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting critical network and IT infrastructure in VOIP Process. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring uptime and performance, and leading team on NOC response efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Offering guidance on handling NOC notifications and assisting the NOC team in resolving technical issues. Prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient handling of incidents and service requests
- Performs scheduling for routine pre-scheduled activity, on-demand requests, and emergency requests.
- Lead response efforts to NOC notifications, ensuring quick resolution Asterisk & VOIP related issues
- Act as the primary point of contact between the NOC team and other Operations delivery teams.

Ensure clear communication of schedule and expected resolution of NOC incident tickets to clients, technical support staff, and management.

**Skill** **Requirements**:

- 1 + years of experience in NOC/network operations or IT infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge VOIP Industry (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Be capable to troubleshoot and Manage VICI-Dialer / PBX / VOIP / Network related issues and following up with service providers both internal and external during Incident.

**Preferred skills**
- Industry Type: VOIP, Telecom, ISP, BPO.
- Key Skills: Asterisk, Vici Dialer, Free PBX IVR, VOIP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
