Sending Demand, Reminder letter, preparing agreement, NOC, EFT Letter & Possession letter.
- To do the collection of the client, provide a receipt.
- Help customers in calculating & paying TDS.
- Explain customer the Registration Process.
- Follow up with banker for disbursement, also providing documents to the banker for APF.
- Doing Reconciliation with Accounts for the payment received from start to end for possession.
- Maintaining MIS of the project.
- Reconciliation of TDS from 26AS.
- Resolve queries and complaints of the customer.
- Handing over possession to the client by completing the documentation for Society Formation

**Staying at a vicinity of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Salt Lake Sector V**

**Age - 25 to 35**

**Salary -30000/- to 35000/- as per eligibility**

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
