**Job Description: Location Head - Mortgages**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Review (SSR)**:

- Monthly meetings with teams to assess performance, set targets, and analyze trends.
- Discuss top-performing brokers, sources, and key selling projects.
- **BSA Strategy**:

- Review performance of active brokers and develop strategies for inactive ones.
- Analyze new broker empanelment opportunities.
- **New Employee Performance (NPE)**:

- Monitor and ensure timely performance of new employees.
- Address underperformance and strategize improvements.
- **Hiring & Retention**:

- Review hiring strategies, budgets, and retention plans.
- Analyze attrition rates and exit interview data.
- **Project Approval Monitoring (PAMS)**:

- Track project approvals and analyze performance.
- **Geography Mapping & Expansion**:

- Conduct regular geography audits and plan market expansion strategies.
- **Team Management & Development**:

- Foster a positive work culture, ensure smooth team coordination, and support employee growth.
- **Training & Development**:

- Oversee training for new hires and review performance outcomes.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain relationships with key builders, brokers, and HDFC-related entities.
- **Monthly Reporting & Market Intelligence**:

- Provide market insights and intelligence to the management team.
- **Compliance & Discipline**:

- Enforce company policies, HR processes, and disciplinary measures.
