**Job Title**: Sales Officer-Loan Against Property

**Location**: Agra, Uttar Pradesh

**Education Qualification**: Graduation

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year experience in Home loan sales/LAP

**Salary**: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their LAP needs.
- Promote and sell LAP products to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HL/LAP sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.
