**The impact you’d drive**:
- Build trusted relationships will all of our team to drive a positive culture and keep us as an employer of choice
- Identify and execute initiatives to help team growth and promote our brand and cultural values
- Take the lead on learning and development (L&D) initiatives including keeping a full L&D calendar, encouraging team members to participate and support the execution of these sessions
- Participate in 1:1 coaching with individual team members and leadership to help them be their best selves
- Be the go-to person for all things people and culture. From people and culture, on-boarding, L&D and reviews. This is a multi faceted role, each day will comprise of something different.
- Collaborate with Servian's Global people success team to contribute to a strategic roadmap for the local office
- Arrange meet-ups for internal and external audiences
- Organise and participate in social events, team nights out, team celebrations and quarterly company gatherings
- Own from start to finish the documents and systems that go along with on-boarding, off-boarding and everything in between for our local team
