**Job Title**: BPO Calling Representative (Course Sales - US & India Markets)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute targeted sales strategies** to convert leads into successful course enrollments.
- Make outbound calls to potential students, present the value of our online courses, and close sales efficiently.
- Identify prospective customers’ needs and recommend suitable courses, using consultative selling techniques.
- **Leverage a strategic follow-up process** for warm leads, using personalized approaches to increase conversion rates.
- Handle inbound queries from prospective students, providing detailed information and resolving any concerns regarding courses.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead management and closure strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales interactions in CRM tools and regularly update lead progress.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on customer responses and help optimize lead-generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on course offerings, new sales tactics, and market trends to continuously improve your sales approach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BPO or telesales, with a strong focus on **selling educational services** or courses.
- Proven ability to **develop and implement successful sales strategies**, consistently meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of regional Indian languages is a plus.
- Strong ability to handle objections and turn hesitant leads into sales.
- Experience with CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.
- High-speed internet connection and an efficient home office setup.
- Flexibility to work during U.S. and Indian time zones, as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Proven track record of closing high-value sales** in the education or course-selling domain.
- Familiarity with both U.S. and Indian markets, with a deep understanding of customer motivations in each region.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential students.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

**Compensation**: Competitive base salary with lucrative performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹9,274.74 - ₹26,670.80 per month
