**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site operations to ensure work is carried out as per plan and timeline.
- Coordinate with field staff, contractors, and vendors for daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain daily reports of site progress, labor attendance, and material usage.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and resolve any issues on-site.
- Act as a communication bridge between on-site workers and management.
- Handle conflict resolution and motivate the team for higher productivity.
- Monitor inventory and request materials/equipment as needed.
- Train and guide new field workers as per job requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and report delays or problems promptly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of field supervision or team management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and basic technical skills (as per industry).
- Proficiency in local language(s); basic knowledge of English preferred.
- Willingness to travel within city/region as required.
