**Job Role**

We are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic **Telecallers** to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, introducing them to our astrology services, addressing their queries, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain astrology services and packages.
- Answer customer inquiries in **Telugu** and **Tamil** professionally and courteously.
- Schedule appointments for astrology consultations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Languages Required**: Fluency in **Telugu** and **Tamil** is mandatory.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have a personal smartphone and stable internet connection for work-from-home setup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong interest or familiarity with astrology is a bonus.
