**Job Description: IT Telecaller**
**Location**: Kondapur, Hyderabad
**Salary**: ₹1-1.8 LPA language: Telugu, English, Hindi
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1+ years (compulsory prior experience in tele calling or sales within the IT or related service industry)
**Preferred Gender**: Female

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain IT services and solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert prospects into paying clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs, feedback, and client data.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Meet individual and team targets for lead conversion and client retention.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the **IT or related service sector**.
- Proven ability to convert leads and handle client relationships independently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and result-oriented.
