**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Follow-up**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about our **solar rooftop solutions**.
- Generate and qualify leads for **rooftop solar projects** through cold calling, inbound queries, and database management.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into site visits and project discussions.

**2. Customer Communication & Coordination**:

- Answer inbound queries related to **solar installations, subsidies, and financing options**.
- Keep customers updated about project timelines and installation progress.
- Handle basic **technical** and **non-technical** queries and escalate when required.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure **customer satisfaction** through effective communication.

**3. Project Coordination & Data Collection**:

- Work closely with the **Projects Team** to ensure smooth execution of solar rooftop installations.
- Collect, manage, and update customer **site data, requirements, and project progress**.
- Coordinate between customers, sales teams, and project engineers to ensure timely installation and service.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions, project status, and lead conversion details.
- Provide **daily/weekly reports** on lead generation, follow-ups, and project progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu** (mandatory).
- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Experience in **tele calling, lead generation, or customer support** (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of **solar energy and rooftop installations**.
- Ability to **coordinate with multiple teams** (sales, project, and technical).
- A self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
