**Sales and Marketing - Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Understanding and Engagement**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the services we offer (IT, Accounting, Compliance, Payroll, HR Staffing) and effectively communicate these to potential and existing clients.
- **B2B Sales**:

- Identify, engage, and close business opportunities with corporate clients through direct outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- **Lead Generation and Management**:

- Research and generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- **Communication and Presentation**:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service pitches to potential clients, showcasing how our services meet their business needs.
- **Market Research**:
Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market data to identify new opportunities and recommend marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations, and management) to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met.
- **Reporting**:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign outcomes; provide regular updates and reports to management.
