**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents on courses, colleges, and career options
- Conduct calls, follow-ups, and in-person counselling sessions
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain lead records and prepare basic reports
- Assist in organizing educational events and webinars

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- 0-1 years of experience in academic counselling or similar role (Freshers welcome)
