**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Office**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in guest check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, special requests, and preferences.
- Ensure that guest information is entered into the system accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and address guest concerns promptly.
- Ensure front desk is always clean, organized, and well-presented.
**Housekeeping**:
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist housekeeping staff in maintaining room and public area cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or housekeeping concerns to the respective department.
- Ensure that linen, amenities, and supplies are well-stocked.
- Assist with laundry and linen room management as needed.
- Ensure that guest special requests are communicated to the housekeeping team promptly.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures related to hygiene and cleanliness.
**Guest Service Excellence**:
- Provide a personalized and exceptional experience to each guest.
- Address guest feedback, complaints, and concerns effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in anticipating guest needs and providing solutions.
- Foster a positive relationship with guests to ensure repeat business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hotel Management degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Housekeeping roles in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
