**Summary**: We are seeking an Operations Executive with meticulous technical expertise who will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless implementation of our educational platform products. The individual will play a key role throughout the process from introducing the products to the beneficiaries successfully setting them.

**Responsibilities**:
Leverage technology to improve the learning system and ensure its effectiveness.

Conduct product demonstrations either onsite or remotely to potential customers or stakeholders.

Understand customer’s requirements, challenges and provide support.

Understand the technical requirements of setting up the educational platform.

Ensure that the educational platform is implemented within the agreed timelines.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.

supports the marketing and sales department by providing case studies, customer videos, and other materials to assist in closing sales deals.

Participate in product development meetings to gain an understanding of new functionalities and provide insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
- High communication and active listening skills.
- Problem solving abilities.
