Operation manager hiring For UnclutchGoa ( Best Luxury Car Rental Company in Goa)

We are looking for an operation manager. Who will take ownership of all fleet management process and delivery to end customers.

Operation Manager Responsibilities:
Consistently track fleet management status.

Maintaining a smooth car and bike delivery process.

Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.

Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

Conducting performance and quality review of fleet.

Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

Giving helpful and engaging support to end customers.

Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

Operation Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 year Experience as an Operation manager.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience in car rental management or related field.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Experience in educating and coaching staff.

Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Salary package

2.5 lac negotiable

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
